Fairfield Twp Real Estate Analysis

Fairfield Township was found in May,1803 just  two months after Ohio was founded.

22 miles north of Cincinnati in south-central Butler County, Fairfield Township is experiencing a huge growth in the area with exploding population. The Township is bordered by the City of Hamilton to the west, the City of Fairfield to the south, the City of Middletown to the north and West Chester Township to the east. 17,000 residents call this area home, with more moving in everyday. New housing developments, such as Walden Ponds, Meadows of Indian Springs, and Lakewood are keeping pace with growth in business development, such as The Bridgewater Falls shopping complex at the corner of Princeton Road and Bypass 4.

Ft. Hamilton Hughes, Mercy Hospital Fairfield, and Middletown Regional Hospital are within a short drive. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is in nearby Liberty Township.  Fairfield Twp. provides fire and EMS service for residents.

If you can’t meet your shopping needs in this booming suburb, you must be hard to please. Within a five-mile drive sits several shopping malls, one of the finest grocery mega stores in southwestern Ohio, and just about every specialty need you might have from antiques to tires. The Regency Center, with Kohl’s, Office Depot, and HH Gregg, and the Wal-Mart Superstore add even more shopping experiences for Township residents. Bridgewater Falls, a lifestyle shopping center, offers many specialty shops and restaurants.

Fairfield Township is abundantly equipped with parts and playgrounds, including Rentschler Forest Preserve, Reserves Park, and Joyce Park. Residents have great access to areas along the Great Miami River for canoeing and boating. Just 20 minutes takes you downtown for professional sports, symphony and theaters.

The Township has easy access to all the major interstates such as I-275, I-75, I-71, and I-74. Primary roads include St. Rts. 4, 129 (Butler County Regional Highway). Air travel to and from the Township uses either the smaller Butler County Regional Airport, the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport or the Dayton International Airport.
